AI artist
Location: Gurgaon (On-site)
Type: Full-time
Looking for: AI Artists — people who can look at a blank brief and see the frame before they type a word.
Read this part before you scroll past.
If you can't look at ten generations and tell us which one is the good one and exactly what's wrong with the other nine, this isn't the role.
If you think the tool is doing the work, this isn't the role.
If you need a reference image handed to you before you can start, this isn't the role.
If everything in your portfolio has the same light, the same face and the same angle, this isn't the role.
We want people who see like a cinematographer. People who think in lens, light and framing, and use AI as the camera. People who were already trying the new model the week it dropped, not the year after.
What we're actually looking for:
— A cinematographer's eye. Composition, lens choice, where the light is coming from, why the frame holds.
— Colour sense you can defend. You know why this grade sings and that one is muddy.
— Judgement. The difference between a good image and a good-looking bad generation, spotted in a second.
— People who work well under pressure. Fast turnarounds, real deadlines, taste intact at the end of it.
— Hands-on with the best tools on the market — Higgsfield, ChatGPT, Invideo — and whatever launches next month.
— Either a couple of years in the creative field, or enough hours in Photoshop that it shows in the work.
— Someone who pushes past the brief. We'd rather argue about a wild idea than approve a safe one.
The style we love:
— Funny. Genuinely funny, not LinkedIn-funny.
— Impossible. Big visual ideas that don't exist in real life and can't be shot.
— Bold. The one image in the feed that looks like itself.
