Creative Director
Location: Gurgaon (on site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 years
Looking for: A Creative Director. Someone who owns the idea from the first thought to the final frame.
Here's the honest version of the job.
We make ad films for consumer brands, and we make them fast, weird, and beautiful. Small team, big ideas, no three-week shoots. The work goes from a line in a notebook to something on screen that didn't exist before, usually in days. That's the fun part and that's the hard part.
You'd be the person holding the taste. Writing when it needs writing, killing your own idea when a better one shows up, and making sure everything that leaves the studio looks like it was made on purpose.
What we're looking for:
— Someone who leads with ideas, not process
— A person who can take a fitness brand, a fashion label, or a consumer tech product and come back with three directions the category hasn't tried
— Someone who can hold taste across a whole slate and make every film feel different while still feeling like us
— Someone who can direct AI-made work until it stops looking generated and starts looking authored
— Someone clients trust in a pitch and writers actually want to work under
The style we love:
— Funny. Genuinely funny, not LinkedIn-funny.
— CGI-driven. Big visual ideas, surreal moments, things that shouldn't exist in real life but do on screen.
— Bold. Confident enough to be the only ad in the feed that looks like itself.
— Experimental. Every film should feel like a different brain made it.
What to send:
Your reel, or just the links. Everything you've actually shipped.
Three things you led from blank page to final cut — and what your real hand was in each.
One campaign that got killed and you still think about.
One brand you'd want to go after in your first month, and how.
Show us the work. That's the whole interview, really.
If this sounds like your kind of room, we'd love to see what you've got.
