Creative Strategist
Creative Strategist
Location: Gurugram (On-site)
Type: Full-time
Experience: 2–5 years
Looking for: A Creative Strategist with a filmmaking background who can walk into a room with a script and walk out with a client who can already see the film.
Read this part before you scroll past.
If you've never stood in front of a client and pitched a script that was, at that point, just words on a page — this isn't the role.
If you read scripts out loud instead of performing them, this isn't the role.
If a CMO pushing back on a concept makes you fold instead of fight for it, this isn't the role.
If you don't understand how a film is actually made — shots, cuts, sound, pacing — you won't be able to explain why ours work, and this will be harder than you think.
If you're skeptical of AI-led filmmaking, this is the wrong agency.
We want someone who has already presented across brands and clients at a creative agency and held the room. Someone who reads a script once and knows where the laugh lands, where the pause is, where the client will lean in. Someone who can take a rejection on concept one and have the client excited about concept two thirty seconds later.
What you'll actually be doing:
— Presenting scripts, concepts and treatments to founders, CMOs and marketing heads — on calls and in the room
— Performing the script, not reading it. Timing, tone, the beats. The client should hear the film before it exists.
— Taking the writers' and creative director's ideas and turning them into a pitch that sells
— Explaining how we make what we make — AI-led production, what it changes about timelines, cost and creative freedom — in a way a brand actually understands
— Handling pushback live. Defending the idea when it's right, adapting it on the spot when the client has a point.
— Knowing our reel cold. Hearing a brand's problem and knowing exactly which of our films to show them.
— Reading the room and briefing the team after — what landed, what didn't, what the client actually wants
— Running presentations that start on time, don't overrun, and never lose the client's attention
What we're looking for:
— 2–5 years at a creative agency, production house or ad agency in a presenting / client-facing creative role
— A filmmaking background. Film school, on-set, directing, writing, editing — you've made things, not just talked about them.
— You've presented scripts and treatments to real clients and got them approved
— Excellent spoken English and Hindi — comfortable switching depending on who's in the room
— Confidence at the top level. Not intimidated by a founder or a CMO, not arrogant with one either.
— Storytelling instinct. You know why a script works and can say it in one line.
— Genuine interest in AI filmmaking and where it's going. You don't need to run the tools, but you need to understand what they can and can't do.
— Comfortable on camera — a bonus if you can front our own content and pitch videos
— Advertising or brand-film experience preferred
